Glasgow 2026 will have only 10 sports across just four venues, compared to 20 sports at the 2022 commonwealth games in birmingham (eng) and 17 at the glasgow 2014.
Glasgow has now been formally confirmed as the host city for the 2026 commonwealth games along with the full list of sports which will feature. This is down from the 19 that took place at birmingham 2022 and significantly less than the 18.
